After being shocked by his dream gift, a super cool Fisker Karma electric car, on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the pop star was thrown a surprise birthday bash by his closest friends and family. And the happiest surprise of all? Bieber's girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 19, flew in from the set of Spring Breakers in Florida to celebrate Justin's birthday.
